Re: Tyers for my s2
I got them at Drivers in Glasgow -for about £210-£220 for a pair of rears fitted -( it was £400 for all 4 fitted- I think that's what the rears came in at!) That was cheaper than most t'internet sites I found - taking into account fitting!craigs135s wrote:Need to get some new tyers on the back of the Liz. About £110- £115 from Blackcircles - but you'll need to get someone to fit them - that's why i went for the cheapo? non lotus ones! - easier to get!GregR wrote:bugger, Rob beat me to it. the last digits on the DOT code should read DCK to get the right compound I believe; the tyres aren't the same as those fitted on the VX220.

Have you got plenty tread left on the fronts Craig?
The inside shoulder on the front Bridgestones wears quicker than the rest of the tyre, I though it was just mine but others have said the same.
It looks like there is plenty tread till you check the inside. If the whole tyre is okay, then go for the Bridgestones if you want (that sounds a good price) but if the fronts are unevenly worn, it may be worthwhile switching to the Yokohamas.
