I bought these on Ebay -

I put them in my A4 last year - as they had "projector" headlamps & they looked awesome.
so, i've bought these for the Elise.
Only thing is that they are 80w.
(I know they are illegal & it says so on the packet, but i'm not bothered about that)
Is 80w too much for the wiring loom ?

Hmm, not sure about the blue but I'm running 100/80W ATM with no apparent problems. Might shorten the life of the loom a bit though. I think Tut runs 120/100W (when he has glass in the lamps  )

The only thing I have noticed is that your headlamps steam in the rain and get frigging hot.

I would be wary of any product that uses a Z in its name rather than an S.........

I put the bulbs in today.
They look awesome - just like Xenons!
You get away with it because of the projectors.
Standard car headlamps (i.e. my E46 BMW) you can see the blue bulb reflecting the silver area & making the whole head lamp look blue (When they are switched off)
pics to follow............
