Elise Parts Manual

I am sure I've seen this posted before, so apologies if it has. I've got the Service manual which is pretty in depth to say the least but really need the parts manual with exploded diagrams showing all the components, nuts and bolts etc because my alternater belt is loose and sqeaking like hell.
Found that the bolt and nuts on the lower tension slider is missing hence the slackness.
Any ideas on bolt /nut size or if you have an e copy of the parts manual - even better.
Thanks
Jamie

Got it !!!
Thanks Rich thats exactly what I need. I've got an S2 but I think the basic components are more or less the same.
Looks like the sqweak will be going soon !!

Commonly what has happened here is that the bolt has sheared in the block just down and forwards of the main pulley. So while the bolt head and spacer are missing, the tail of the bolt is still in the block.
Tips for removal are:
(a) get a left handed drill bit on a 90-degree drill adapter and try and turn it out like that (it's hard, but possible).
(b) if you're good with the arc welder, spot weld the rod to the bolt (i.e. what you would normally try and avoid happening) in a couple of places, cut the rod and then use the protuding rod stubs to try and turn the bolt out.
(c) drop the engine far enough so that you have a straight shot at the bolt from the outside with a normal left handed drill bit, or a right handed drill bit followed by a left handed screw-type extractor.
Hopefully this will all not be relevant to you, but it's happened to me twice and many others that I know of
Cheers,
Robin

Hi Robin,
Thanks for the pointers.
Its pretty awkward to get to, so as you say, hopefully the above is not required. But hey, you never know whats lurking in their ready to piss you off!!
I think thats my Saturday taken care of.
