Oil Changes

What are the recommended oil changes between services if you are using the car on track?

Depends how often you track it and how hard you drive.
I did mine every 4.5K, drove pretty hard but had the twin oil coolers...

4k since last June 4 track days at KH, no coolers, never raced or rallied

With the K, I'd always aim for 2 TDs between changes. That was with the grenade tuned one though (and largely because it burned 2 changes between TDs)
If there are no coolers on it and it's tracked a fair bit, I'd change pretty regularly - you can't do it too often (for anyone but your bank manager)
