Bearings trouble - wheel & heater fan

Somewhat depressing run out yesterday: front wheel bearing is starting to grungle now (has had a tiny bit of play in it for a while) so needs replacing. Also heater fan sounds dreadful.

Are these big jobs to replace (on an S2 111S) or need any specialist tools ???

Not too bad really

A press is required for the bearings but there is one here you can use
