I've had the car in at MMC for a rattle from the front n/s. They have checked and road tested the car saying it is the dampers that are noisy and this passes through the aluminium tub. Nothing from the O/S though.
I know they all rattle but this sounds different to norm. Noticed after the last track day I did at KH on the way home.
Had the n/s wheel of as well and the footrest out but nothing slack. worn, bent etc. I do stay at the end of a short piece of private road which is quite rough. Don't think it's anything to do with kerbs at KH as they are all right handers mostly.
Is it normal to get a rattle like this?
