Post by a4drk » Mon Apr 23, 2007 8:33 pm

I'm removing the cat from my S2 Elise - 120bhp this weekend.
I've got a silcenced replacement box for it (not a sports cat)
+ i have bought a Janspeed Back box.
What do i do with the Lamba probe wires?

also, just wondering how it will sound............ anyway, another thread.....

You will need the MIL light eliminator - it is a resistor and 4 wires that you splice into the wiring of the 2nd lambda probe. I got mine from eliseparts. Easy job to do (certainly on my toyota car it was easier than getting the cat off!)

YEah, you are right.
I've just ordered it along with some new gaskets.

The £7.50 is what Elise-Shop.com are wanting for shipping.

I'll keep you posted on how it goes.

I am thinking about doing a 0-60 & 0-100 before & after all the mods....
should be interesting.....

Ah - thats why then. Elise-shop are in Holland and eliseparts are down south. Dont know if it`ll make much difference to the stats, but it will feel and sound different!
