Usually adjusted by moving the drop link along the end of the arm - there should be a set number of holes drilled in the arm and you choose one of these holes to connect the drop link to. Choose the same hole on each side, eh
The holes nearer the back of the car will be softer (i.e. will offer less resistance to body roll); the holes nearer the front of the car will be harder.
Cheers,
Robin

Remember that the ARB is under torque load when the car is anthing but level, if you jack up one side and undo the drop link you will get a suprise as it smacks you. You might be able to reach it with the wheels on on the deck but access will be pretty awful. I would jack up one side and loosen the link so it's still in the bar but the nut is still on then do the same the other side. Drop the car back down then undo the link while the cars is level.

If you drive the front wheels up on blocks or slabs then you should be able to place a trolley jack under the metal floor of the services compartment, i.e. under the blower roughly.
You are OK to jack the car there provided the rear wheels remain on the ground; release handbrake and chock rear wheels.
In this way both fronts come off the ground at the same time; once both wheels are removed the suspension will be full droop both sides and there will be no torque in the bar.
Cheers
