Just a quickie,Looking to purchase a Lotus Stage 2 Zost for a 04 Exige.
As this will be an original Lotus part, does the under tray have to be modified in order for it to fit?

Cheers.
Greg

I believe it does on '04 cars. I seem to remember hearing that later cars don't need it modified but I could be wrong on both counts.

Haven't heard the Toyota version so I can't say whether it's any good or not.

Welcome greg. :D

Sorry not sure about the undertray but i have heard of something along those lines. Not sure if your a member of exiges.com but there should be some stuff if you search on there.

Im also thinking about a stage 2 for my exige, been offered one for £100 including fitting. A price too cheap to refuse but I think Tesocs dont allow modifications :(

Best of luck! Cheers Ed

Guys.
Thanks for the warm welcome and quick responses.
Don't suppose its too much grief to mod the undertray if required.
Will know latter tomorrow if its coming my way.
Failing that will look at the Larini:)

Standard zost and induction kit is ok though im looking for something with a bit more bite....
Test drove the demo at MMC with the Stage 2 on and it sounded sweet......

Ed, from what I understand (there was a thread on seloc about it recently), it seems that if you got a sports exhaust and didn't declare it then crashed, the insurance company will still pay out. Apparently, they could ask you to pay the extra to cover what you should've paid for the zorst.

If, however, the exhaust caused you to crash, then they wouldn't have to pay out but that's not very likely.

Saying that, I wouldn't like to be the one putting the theory to test :P
