111R Headlamp Adjustment

How do you change the dipped beam alignment on the 111R lamps once the cover's removed ?. I find them too low for safety,

There's a couple of nuts you turn on the lamp brackets, pretty easy to do.

Thanks for the link. Makes it sound very complicated, I'll adjust them up gradually until they are acceptable rather than making all of the measurements.
