just read G's 'for sale' post - oil changes every 2k something I should consider?

Depend on usage.


Gordon's a keen track driver who knows how to work an engine, so if your like him (and also work in a trade where you have access to cheaper engine oil) then 2-3K changes aren't a bad idea.

If your only an occasion track driver or never go anywhere near the track then you can go longer 9 -12k.

nah, i do ALOT of trackdays, mine gets changed every 9K miles. it'll be fine. its only a metro engine. :lol:


cue everyone saying my engines sh*t, but TBH, i dont care, its fast and none of the problems i've had have been oil related.
