Cam wheel locking tool

Tool 12-182 for locking a cam wheel to loosen the bolt, I need it for changing the rear cam belt . Is it a Rover special part or is there a standard tool under a different name ?

Its a bit late and I am tired but there are hundreds of web pages dedicated to the K series engine and loads of tool suppliers but can I find it, can i f**k. :scratch
