Yes - I'll be there, as will Pete C ( Pete039 )

After speaking to Brian Luti yesterday I believe there is still plenty of space. If anyone else is considering it give Dreadnought a call on

Excellent. I'm probably taking the shed (blue Xsara) as I promised my mate a shot and the Elise needs a wheel bearing. Any chance of getting a pax lap or two for a mate?

Pete,

no problem with pax laps. Come and find me I'll be in :

- a green Caterham ( if I get it fixed in time and it's dry )
or
- a blue 135R ( if I can get it fixed in time and it's wet )
or
- or a Panda 100HP  if I can't fix either

Pete039 ( orange Exige S ) would also be happy to oblige with pax laps.

Campbell - sorry, too many broken cars, running out of options. Would a lawnmower do? :D

Hey guys, good to meet those I did, thanks for the pax laps and goodchat. Here's hoping the next one is not quite so good weather for ducks.

Cheers

It was a very good night ,maybe a little to quiet as only about 15 cars out , got wetter and wetter as night went on . ((track was awash by 8.00)
As to the sideways action , I decided to be a nancy and keep traction on but was still lots of fun trying to get adhesion limits without letting traction but in and take over (hopefully teaches me to take a nice smooth line).
Unusual track night as well as Mas was missing :D

Very quiet and very wet.

First wet KH. First time with the new shed (Xsara VTS).

Errrm car is great winter road car (what it was bought for) but the brakes were very smoky after 3 damp laps. Kept up with my mate's Sccoby RA in the wet though. He may have too much power. Next time I'll take the Elise again I think. (But I did prefer going round in a shed to a car that is cleaned no matter how rarely).

Thanks very much for those that gave my mate pax laps, he was very impressed...

I LOVE "very quiet and very wet", especially in the CR.

Pete, I had something I had to do so told Brian I won't be turing up. I hope Kev wasn't in the R400.

Managed to repair the Caterham but decided to take the Elise after checking the weather forecast.
It was a very enjoyable evening despite the wet conditions. The grip levels were low but at least they were consitant.
Good mix of driving and chat in the pit garages. Also good to meet Andy ( flip-flop ) with his new Exige. :thumbsup

Campbell - I hope a Skoda is the better option as I'm about to buy one as my daily driver - I'll let you know :D
