They were great, loads better then the stock pads I had, much better bite and don't squeal at all. Even seem to work nicely from cold. Did generate a lot of dust though, which doesn't bother me but can other people.

Toyo R888's were also great, very progressive and a big increase in grip over the ancient bridgestones and maragoni's (think that's what they were called) that were on the car when I bought it. Also a lot more responsive then the old tyres, but this might be down to putting wider 16" alloys on the front as well. I think I could do with a tad more camber on the front as the outside passenger side looks like it was getting a lot more use then the inside, that reminds me I really should get a pyrometer at some point.

The biggest difference though was disabling the ABS, if you've got a VX just try unplugging the sensor to one of the front wheels and you'll be amazed.
