What’s the driving standard like on this one? Haven’t driven KH for years after being put off by dodgy driving.

About as good as it gets.

John has been organising these for 25 years.

Rarely a red flag and if there is, it’s generally for a mechanical, not muppetry.

Never had an issue with any I’ve taken part in and there is never any dissent (in this community at least) afterwards. Often just big thanks to John (look back at previous threads for a flavour)

Are people still doing road + track day cover with REIS ?
I know they used to be a favourite here.

I’ve just spoke to Footman James today they do a classic car policy with track or sport car with track. Sports car policy was £300 cheaper than classic one.

Classicline can also be good if criteria fits, comes with full European breakdown cover and 6 track days.

Insurance renewal next month so working out how much extra track car cover would cost.

I’m with REIS. There could be an issue with Euro track cover with some companies.

You can get stand alone trackday cover from MORIS track day insurance.
I've never used them, but when I bought the Yaris GR the salesman said some of his customers used them.

Footman James are quite selective about what organisers & tracks they will cover. For example they recognise Knockhill but wouldn't accept SIDC as an organiser since they are no longer MotorSport UK recognised.
