ps forgot to mention that ive been offered medical cover from a registered first aider. Im still waiting to confirm that he can make it. Can everyone please check and double check that they can make it as im not taking advanced payment and i dont want to be out of pocket on the day.

Logisitcs of the event so far are Sat 1-4pm setup. Sun arrive from 9-9.30. Event starts at 10. Prob 1/2 hour off for lunch finishing at 4 leaving 1 hour for tidying up etc. My plan is ,rather than have someone on the gate, i intend to lock the gate at 10 but i within reason i should be able to open and close throughout the day. I intend to ask all spectators to park in the car park to the left of the entrance, just outside the gate. This means you can come and go as you please. Re petrol im sure the evo boys will want to only turn up with 1/8 of a tank to save weight but can i ask everyone comes with enough to last until lunch time.

1/4 of a tank with 20 litres in gerry can for 5 litre top ups when necessary. . Back seats and spare wheel out too.
