Wee reminder that there's a drinkies sesh on the west coast on the sat night, if you're a returning weeg with a full day pass. Or if you fancy coming over from anywhere - there are plenty of B&Bs around and loads of floor space (you might even get the spare bed, if you're quick)

I can see a PS3 GT HD shootout happening too....

This is a new form of cruel and unusual punishment - latest update on Tango is the roll bar is still a no show - not something you can put on at the last sec. Will hopefully find out today if it will be delivered in time or not :(

Just went to change the front brake pads, steel disks, knackered, Teesside must have really been hard on them, only to discover that the new EBC's I have had for the last couple of years are rears and not fronts.

I have about four sets of good rears, but only two good, partly used EBC fronts. I have fitted them to the inside fronts, kept one with a few laps left on the outside, but had to put a used Pagid RS 14 on the other outside.

So I really need to change the two outer front pads to EBC's at KH. Does anybody have either two new ones or good used ones that they could bring along?

Cheers

If you get bored going round in circles in all those plastic boxes and want a pax lap in a Meccano toy car you are very welcome. Can't promise anything special, but would be dissapointed not to be passing Elises by the dozen down the straight before holding them all up through the corners as normal.

Thanks Clarkie.

If you could bring the fronts along, that would be a big help.

Thanks ed, even better. I was waiting for the group buy of Pagids, but if I could have your 42's, that would be ideal.

Was good to see y'all again this morning, and to put a few more faces to names. Big thanks to Alan and Stewart for my pax laps. Also thanks to Stewart and Kenny for taking the ladies out for a pax lap. Kenny, you definitely helped Lesley get over that fear of going on track! (until she comes out on track with me!!)

I concentrated on learning the lines today so I feel a bit more prepared for TT2007 now! :D

I hope the heads-up I gave Dom was passed onto all the other Glasgow folk . . . took me an hour and a half to get from KH to the Kincardine bridge!!!   Standstill / 5mph for an hour and a half! Then hit more traffic jams in Glasgow. Grrrrr! And to think I've came all the way home just to get picked up in an hour to head up to Perth. I wish I'd just driven straight to Perth from KH, but at least this way I can get pished! :drink

Big thank you to John - as usual a great day!
Also BIG thank you to Dan who loaned me his car!
Had a great day think I spent most of the time sideways! The road tyres meant things tended to start with understeer then after a couple of laps oversteer - lots of fun. Great to catch up with everyone!

Have some comical footage which I will sort this evening

Excellent morning today , I think my best track day so far with only a driver induced spin at the end  Looked at the time thinking it was about 10:30 , it was 12 oclock, time flys buy when you are having fun . It was dry but cold at the start of the day.

Driving manners were superb on track . I wish the c**nts on the A9 drove so well.

Dezzy I visited my parents in Perth , its was clear all the way

Yep, my second trackday at KH and it just gets better. In the last hour I really felt that I was getting into a groove and had picked up a great deal of pace since my first track night in April.
Whilst it was busy, the driving standard was excellent.

Unfortunately I can't make the next SIDC day :(

Thanks again to John Stewart for another very well run day :thumbsup
