Tut, I really like your R type Elise

How easy/difficult is it to upgrade the engine..? I imagine the brakes & shox would need to upgraded as well to appreciate the performance increase.

Can get 250 bhp out of a K series,but it will cost about as much a Honda conversion and will need rebuilt every 3-5000 miles at a cost of £4+ k (just ask anyone who owns a Caterham R500).

I'd love the R500 but the unreliable engine puts me off........ K series with much more than 220 bhp is asking for problems.
