Hey Guys,
As its my first amp3 Ive got a few questions if thats okay
1. Is the gentlemanly attire still a goer, havent seen any banter at all about this so wondering if anyones picked up on it.
2. Is there much going on before 3pm, was planning on heading up for 2ish for some banter and to get plenty of time to chill out prior getting on track or will there be stuff happening from earlier.
3. With regards to the afters bbq, do most people just head over in their jeans from the trackday or is it a smarter dress code, if its smarter is there somewhere to get changed and is it jeans/shirt?
4. is it just straight to the bbq after in convoy or is there a big gap till the bbq starts.
5. has somebody booked the weather
cheers and sorry for such basic questions

No those pictures of Klaudia are not on her profile, I am the only person with the photo's from her underwear shoot she didn't allow anyone else to have them. So minimise the frequency that you post them ok!tut wrote:The pictures are from her portfolio, so basically public domain, as are Alanas, so really no difference.

The AMP3 Charity Trackday Itinerary!
Well guys, it's this Friday, so here's the detailed rundown of what's happening PLEASE READ:
Knockhill:
We want to get the briefing STARTED at 14:30, as there's lots happening in the pitlane, so please get there in good time. Remember, you will need to fill out an indemnity form, so give it 10 minutes to do that before briefing starts.
REMEMBER YOUR FULL DRIVING LICENSE - including the paper section. If you don't, you need to pay KH to phone up the DVLA (if they are feeling generous)
Passenger Laps - we will have someone at sign-in who's taking care of the pax laps - please make yourself known at sign-in, so we can get a hook on who you are. This will let you get the best experience out of your donation, so please don't make us search for you!
Track opens at 15:00 to 17:00 - hopefully with no stoppages. Red flags do not earn a gold star, so please try and avoid causing any, eh?
Driving etiquette - Not something I need to dwell on a lot, but there will be a wide variance of speeds on track - some of the pax laps cars will be going at proper race pace, so please keep your eyes on the mirrors to ensure you don't ruin a run for someone who's paid a lot of coin for a few laps. Similarly, there will be newbies on there, so please don't pressure people or drive too close. It's a short session, so lets just enjoy it.
2 Rules - USE Mirrors, DON'T pressure.
Evening Do:
Boroughmuir Rugby Club - 19:30
60g Colinton Road
Edinburgh, Midlothian
EH14 1AS
Come along, enjoy yourself - that's pretty much it. There will be BBQ food provided by Martin Bairds of Melrose and booze provided by Andy's wine and beer cellar! If the booze runs out, or you don't fancy whats on offer, we also have a bar open all night at really reasonable prices (it's a Rugby Club!)
There will be a Raffle and Auction and the prizes for this have been flying in from our manufacturers and friends alike. Some great things to bid on or win as a raffle prize, so please bring along some coin for tickets
Obviously, there is a closing time, it being a venue, but if we feel the need to continue the party, we do have an option open for Opal in George Street - however, we'll cover that on the night, if it looks like it's going to be necessary.
The Brian Jamieson Trophy.
Of course, one of the major reasons behind the choice of charity this year was Brian. The trophy award for this event will take the same form as it had at Tut Towers. In other words, we're going to make it a Marshall's choice award. This will be for the driver who makes the most progress during a session, while driving with the utmost respect for fellow track users. In otherwords, a Gentleman racer - a fitting award in Brian's memory, we feel. So please don't rush off when the track closes, as we'll award this at Knockhill - you'll be photographed with the full trophy and receive a miniature one to keep.
If you have any questions during the event, please speak to one of the KH staff or one of the team from AMP3 (we will be wearing black polo shirts with the AMP3 logo if you don't know us) and we'll sort what we can.
