Had a few laps with you and your vx and it certainly wasnt slow.

Hot marques or SIDC are the best events at KH, in fact theres one next Sunday. Cheers Ed :D

Don (Black CTR from TRS) got black flagged several times. Reasons included, being too loud, being competitive, driving too fast WTF!! got told not to rev his car to 8000rpm or he would be chucked off.

There are rules and then there is the plain bloody daft
Wasn't on track with that guy in the afternoon, but in the morning he was a bit all over the place in the corners (maybe struggling to get the power down by the look of it), then just blasting down the straight and holding folk up at the next corners. Did pass him once just before lunchtime and he moved over no probs though. Car seemed quick for a type R and it was blowing flames out the exhaust. 8) Heard he was lapping close with Rox, then outbraked himself into turn 1 and they both got a rap for racing. :? I ran wide a few times on that corner trying to take it flat. (i heard a tale that Lawrence said it could be taken flat and wanted to try it) Not in my car it cant!!!! :D Also had a few sideways moments at the chicaine and hairpin and never got anything said to me at all :?

Had a great day at EF on Saturday. The rules didn't seem too stict to me although I was a bit paranoid in the morning. Said to hell with it in the afternoon once I got my car back from Susan and tried unsuccessfully to get black flagged by going as fast as I think I could've. :D 8)

Had some great wee tussles with you Lotus guys who were bl00dy qick. 8) Think I'll need to get some trackday tyres.

i thought i recognised that car from the big fishtail at Kh last week   . Seen you on track a few times yesterday. You dont need trackday tyres at all, you just need a trusty S1 Elise and big kahunas. :D

No where near flat for me either, maybe it was turns 3&4... :D

CTR was the loudest car on track by a mile, could be heard all round the track from in the paddock. It was a 102db limit so I'm not surprised he was black flagged for noise...

Ah, were you the guy in the yellow VX. Dont think i had a chance to chat to you. Good driving. I had a decent wee tusstle with you in the afternoon i think. Certainly the quickest VX i've seen driven on track yet. I was in the silver S1 with the roof off and no front plate. That cant have been your first trackday, surely?? :?:

P.s Ed, Is your brother still smiling from the pax laps  :thumbsup [/img]

Really enjoyed myself at EF, more so than my one outing at Khill.
Cheers to Ross for a mental run in the 400 and Rox. Sorry for getting you black flagged for the in car video footage

As for the TVR, tank slapper at the end of the straight (how?) and fecked the RHS of the car on the tyre wall, I drove past him while his exhaust was dragging behind the car.

Second worst moment was the front left calliper packing in. Noticed the brake travel getting longer then when trying to get down from 110 at the end of the straight realised (as I sailed past my marker) that I was not going to make the bend.

Worst moment was being informed that my tax was out, again.

Big BHP skyliners on site were nothing to write home about. Was quite disappointed with them sure they blew flames at ever opportunity but were nothing special nor was the GT3 which should have flown down the straight.

Anyone know owt about the clios ? Might scour the web for them to get hold of some of their footage.
