Forgot to mention the driving standard was really good too. No red flags at all and may be only a few minor yellows? Andy, you deserved the prize! Get collecting.

I reckon the cheapest car must have been an old Ferrari or 911  Amazing

I had an issue with my front brake caliper in that it was leaking. Got it sorted by taking it to Ian's garage though.

Forgot to mention Rob with the white 240 cup was there too but he didn't have the car as he needs a new clutch. Hope he enjoyed the pax.

And... I got in a Countach for the first time. Nice noise.

The CS owner (Jim) told me he only got the car a day before from Carlo :thumbsup Told me he now got the Ferrari bug after owing lambos. Nice chap.

I don't know driving in another way which isn't risky. Each one has to improve himself. Each driver has its limit. My limit is a little bit further than other's.

Thanks for the loan of the datalogger as well Mass, unfortunately the duff connection in my car meant it only managed to time 3 complete laps, fastest of which was 62.5 with Mass in the Pax seat.

Kenny

I think the time would have been at least a second or two faster without my weight and better tyres :thumbsup

When I get the time, I will send the graphs of your best lap to you! Please PM me your email address.

Was great fun and thought I might be the only SE-er there until I seen the 4 hard-core drivers at the briefing. I probably had the cheapest car there in amongst all these Lambo's, Fezza, GT3s and Ultimas but not to be daunted it kept up very well with them in the twisties.

Big thanks to Jamie for taking me out for some instuction laps near the end and then 3 absolute flying laps in his car. That is one very 8) Elise, from the clean honda install down to the unique limited edition 135R colour. Think you got a bargain there.

Thought I was keeping you honest Mass near the start until I found out you had a brake pipe/fluid problem ! Hope you get that fixed permanently and shame you had to miss a bit of track time. Was talking to the guy in the Countach too - nice bloke. Looked great seeing that pull up in the pits with the scissor doors and all white interior.

Don't know how you won that most sensible driver trophy Andy. You were sideways coming out the haipin every time in my rear mirror before blasting past on the straight.

Will have a look tonight Dave to see if you got any of me as can't access Flickr at work, but with all that exotica on display, I'll forgive you if you overlooked my wee motor

Thanks to Carlo. :thumbsup

I work beside the guy with the 997 GT3 RS. This was only his 2nd time on track since he got the car. Guy presenting trophy was the instructor Joe Tanner :thumbsup
