This is now but 3 months today away - Might be worth putting our heads together regarding accommodation arrangments, and the requirement for curry at some point?

Thinking of heading back up from Anglesey after the TD there though, as cant be bothered with that drive during daytime hours.

My plans are:

Thursday 22nd evening in Northwich - possible curry night, though that's also the night people are coming down/some might not be there.
Friday 23 day at OP.
Friday 23rd evening - option (a) stay in Northwich, go for curry, etc. option (b) head to Bangor, for for welsh curry, etc.
Saturday 24th morning - drive from either Northwich or Bangor to Anglesey - obviously an earlier start if leaving from Northwich, but we can always take the second briefing
Saturday 24th at Anglesey.
Saturday 24th evening home to Edinburgh.

I have a preference for (a) as it means staying put in one "hotel" for both nights.

Okay; so a suggestion could be…

Thursday 22nd November

Attendees make their way to the Premier Inn Northwich (Sandiways) at their leisure.

Availability is good at the moment, and it’s a mere £74 for two nights in a twin room on their ‘Premier Saver’ deal.

Friday 23rd November

Oulton Park track day

Stay at the Premier Inn Northwich (Sandiways) again that evening

Saturday 24th November

Early start – It’s around 95 miles from the Premier Inn to the circuit at Anglesey, so a good 1.5 -> 2 hours to get there, including fuel stops etc.

Anglesey Coastal track day

Everyone splits off in their own direction afterwards (It’s around 5.5 – 6 hours back to Edinburgh from the circuit).



If people fancied doing curry again, which night would be preferable?

(The Thursday might be a better option, although we could head over after Oulton on the Friday? Cheshire Tandoori again, or elsewhere?)

Happy to make the booking once again – And would likely pre-book some taxis this time, to transport us there!

Can I tag along and put the 211 on when it wazzes down/snows...?
I broken vx or egor is still preferable to a 211...or I could just count my blessings and laugh smugly at AndyG...

I might do this trip actually but will decide after ring/spa.
