Again, thought about that too..... too much cash! :(

Would need to sell my half of the elise aswell which could be tricky! :)

Ed in car dilema shocker - mate stick with the SS for a bit - you were having a ball when it was a runner - you'd lose the don't give a f*** factor if you got a 7. :wink:

We could always trade in the shared shed for a shared (Caterham) shed... :) Not ideal for my long distance trips though.

Hard to argue with the dgaf factor. Worth 2 seconds a lap. :D

but you could get a DGAF type 7 (like mine)

Maybe the previous owner would buy your half back - but given the amount of "problems" you've caused I can't see you getting your money back :D :lol: :D

An Elise is an Elise, a Cat is a Cat.

They are completely different cars with different usages, so it seems to me fairly clear cut as to which one suits your needs.

The Elise is an all round car, the Cat a track car that is also great for road runs in dry sunny weather, but definately a second car.

You have to keep this in mind if you are thinking of changing one for the other.
