Anyone heading through from the west fancy meeting up for the run through. I'll be heading from falkirk but could meet the west coast boys at hermiston gate at the end of the m8.

Thinkin about bringing my dad along for some entertainment. He has never been to a racetrack and has barely experienced what my elise can do...he moved back to greece a couple of years ago o hasnt been here much. The cold is gonna be a wake up call for him!!

does the layout of the track and cafes and stuff lend itself to a good experience for spectators?

....yeah yeah i know i should be on the track but havent had time for my geo and front tyres yet, and need to check my front brakes after that recent incident.....whats CLCMs no guys?

cheers,
Mike

CLCM / AUTOTYRE LTD., 11 BANKHEAD DRIVE, SIGHTHILL IND. EST., EDINBURGH, EH11 4EJ

TEL: 0131 453 2698

The place is an airfield - so can't imagine spectating will be a giggle a minute.... There's supposedly a dugburger van and lavs, but that's the extent of the luxuries.

At least you get a huge pit lane - there's usually a burger van, toilet portaloo, medic facilities and organisers tent. aim is to eventualy get a gazeebo.. maybe Se could get one for events... :)

Def best experienced on track or at least in a warm car.. :!:

Have a good day guys, fingers croissed for weather, I'm down for the Sunday but will try to get some vids posted if the ol gal runs okay.. prototype rear htch not ready not having to strip nw induction and put old stuff back on tomorrow morning...

[tip] run colder compound tyres.. e.g. A032Rs etc if you want any grip out there. Also double up nicely if it's slippy. I know most of you guys are old hands but in case anyone isn't - someitmes worth saying the obvious.. like check your fuel, brakes, hoses, coolant etc...

Awesome day! I'm at a little bit of a loose end today with sh*t tasks to do instead of hooning round a track :D
