I think Neil shat himself when he started to drift towards the left and seen a caterham appear in the passenger window and then wiggled the rear end of his car almost taking the 2 cars out!
Yes Ross that was quite a moment.

Thanks to Shug & Andy for an amazing day at Knockhill and to Dom for the tutition - cheques in the post mate. :thumbsup :thumbsup :thumbsup What a great day for my first ever track day loved it.

Thanks to Andy for an incredible night and morning at Chez Gordon, BBQ breakfast excellent, music wank though - Abba and Take That  . Seriously top hospitality mate. Special thanks to Andy's Mum for all the food preparation. :thumbsup

As always it was great meeting everyone again new and old friends. Hope everyone got home safely and dont have to sore a head today.

Ken,
Told you you would have fun! So you're booking up for KH in Nov? Too chilly for me ;)

Who was the Cateringvan in the 3 car race up the straights?

Tom won the Spin, with the Monkey a close second mate ;)

Thanks everyone - it was a brilliant day, all down to the guys & gals attending. You couldn't have made it easier to organise and I have to thank you for the birlliant track etiquette shown - was slightly concerned with a few newbies and a very busy 2 hour session, needent have been 8)

To explain the prizes:

Ken, we felt turned up having never been on track before and by the end of the day, was lapping really well - totally on the ball and getting quicker every lap. Totally encompassed what we meant about embracing the spirit of the event!

Tom, managed to overtake Robin backwards on the grass (Robin on track at the time!) and narrowly missed totalling the car - for effort, there was nobody better!

Greg... for having a just rebuilt S1 booked into an MOT station just before the trackday and not making sure it was a 'friendly' station! Mahoosive fail later, he turns up at the party with tail between legs
