Woe wifi is the problem. Just arrived in tonights hotel in Beirut. Local lad stopped andy parking ouside for the cars safety. Good French lad who bought and exigencies fae Glasgow.
Suitably shafted by the fezza garage for hanging a full set of tyres for me and a se of rears for andy. Anyone care to guess the cost?
Heading out for dinner will post pics when back.

Oh and if you think you have seen heat you had not driven a 340 in 35+ degrees.

Nice shots, Wheelie, cheers!

Particularly liked the one of the cow and the donkey. Although do they know they've left their bootlids open :damnfunny

I'll raise Mike...about the same costs as the tyres themselves, I reckon!

Shame about iPhone camera but better than nothing. Sanjoy, try to hold it steady, also make sure no digital zoom nonsense gong on ;-) I mean for goodness sake, how hard is it to get us some decent journalist pics!!!

Circuit de Haute Saintonge today, loved it, new tyres and new confidence, shame there were only a few mm left on the rear brakes. Got some cracking footage chasing the drifters (TED & Ali). Temps were north of 35 again but this facility had and ac lounge which was awesome.

Last day so various splits, La Rochelle for a few, Le Mans for others and I think D was off back to Calais post lunch.

Another camera dump.

we've left the hovel, rape hotel, in bordeaux, and made it to the Le Mans country club in time for dinner.

another cracking day on track, but another roasting hot journey in the 340R. Another 4 litres of fluid on route and no bathroom stops needed. Its mega hot!

Today was sideways tastic, so much so that Mass no has 2 squirrelled toe links, and my new 888's from yesterday have taken a pounding.

Highlight of the day was 10 laps with Jamie Stanley in a caterham, and Nic and I in the 340R - JAmie took to the grass, we caught it on camera..............

Then got asked to do the circuit video for LOT, and NOT to make it a sideways one - RESULT - the track was just for me and Uncle Ron for 3 laps :cheers

A shame that we have all gone our merry ways already, but Xtreme was and epic.

Roll on FF10 , and the journey home :thumbsup

Great trip, back home about 5pm, bit tyred, as in no tread left.

Will post some short video of the new tracks later.

Charade was the best thing since the Ring/sliced bread. Want to go back already.
