I could probably fit about 200 cones in the back of my van. All we need is a suitably quiet stretch of roadworks, 3 SE`ers and 10 minutes.

Bigger cones may be better (easier to see at a bit more speed).

It is freshers week just now at Glasgow Uni, so there are bound to be 100s of cones on statues about the west end :wink:

lol @ jj..... Got ya, my intention for the cones was to stop people going on to the grass. We could also use a few of them together to make sure people go the right way.......

If you go for 21st, you are welcome to the ADCS posts (tall narrow cones). I could also / alternatively source some standard cones (which would require transported)... maybe....

The ingleston cones are pretty big and heavy so good for seeing and avoiding. Depending on the route chosen I was hitting 118mph down the straight so I would think big cones would be better.

Even if you use 50 that's only £30 and given that it's a cheap venue I don't think that's at all bad. :D

I didnt realise you were going that quick, i guess the big uns may be the way forward and to save faff factor might be best to just use theirs......... :)
