Tut,

Not sure if I'm travelling from Glasgow or Bristol on the Friday. If Glasgow then probably leaving around midday.

Booked into the P.Inn at Oulton for the Friday night and Bangor P.Inn for the Sat night.

The "snow" comment was a joke, I hope!

Take care,

Frank

Frank - see you in the bar tomorrow PM? I reckon I'll be there in time for a couple :-)

We've booked in both nights at the Northwich inn - not sure if you want to switch? We'll be going for a curry after the track day - or maybe you want to come along for the curry and then shoot to Bangor afterwards?

Cheers,
Robin

Have a good time fellas.

You know the 40th birthday party that was landed on me for Saturday which meant I couldn't come along on this junkit? Well it just got postponed due to an overdue birth. I ask you. So I'm suffering the inlaws for the weekend for nowt. Think I'll get on with flooring the loft then.

;-)

Bring on the snow....!

Campbell, if the in-laws are coming I'm sure Lisa won't miss you for the weekend - see you in the bar at Northwich :-)

Cheers,
Robin

Afraid that I am not now going to make the weekend.

Went to hospital yesterday for the bone scan to check for Osteoporosis, and was told that trackdays were out until I get the result. I would ignore it, regardless of the outcome they are not going to wrap me in cotton wool, but the specialist and Verian ganged up on me.

Have a good weekend guys, at least you are assured of a snowless one.

Sorry to hear that tut, hope the results go the right way.

I'm also out with thumb (recovering but still a bit dodgy for trackdays) and gearbox (recovery planned and still actually drivable but again probably a bit dodgy for trackdays).

Have a good one guys! :thumbsup

Most kind.

However presence of the inlaws also means I booked in a stack of DIY nonsense which otherwise can't get done for leaving Lisa short-handed, so I need to stay focused and finish the loft flooring first if I'm to get out to play at all this year ;-)

The bar at the Beefeater beside our Donnie Hotel beckons, though...only the 2 months to go then

Tut,

Despite all the ribbing that goes on...I really am sorry to hear this. I know you have a strong constitution, a few years in the Marines etc has seen to that, but still I realise the disappointment when you can't get out and enjoy your fave pastime.

Here I am moaning about not being allowed out to play thanks to "DIY" or "budgetary pressures", but these are trifles, so apologies for barefaced selfishness just now!!

I am glad you caved in to V and the specialist...incredibly, you might just find that giving your youthful body a chance to recover / be treated properly will prolong your chances of tearing up our circuits once more ;-)

We can both raise a glass to the Taffy Invaders tomorrow night and look forward to their stories next week instead.

Chin up

Campbell

Robin,

See you tonight :thumbsup ..but I'll stay at Bangor on the Sat..I can't drive from Oulton to Anglesey, full trackday, then drive Anglesey to Glasgow in one day. I'm an oldjin! I'd be fast asleep by Gretna.

Tut,

Hope you get the green light soon, wouldn't be the same at KH without you.

Take care,

Frank

ps Looks like its going to be dry and SUNNY both days..... :D

First thing I did Neil. There was one reserve at the time, so he will get on.
