Campbell,
stu said at Donnington, that the Evora is the car of choice for Frolic.
Mainly because 90% of the driving is on the road.
Think he was comparing it to the 2-11 right enough
He also said it was really good on the track

I have the choice and it will defo be the 211 for Frolic.
Different story if you had a pax or poor weather expected (e.g. winter UK trip).

August in the south of France...trackdays = 211. :D

(I'm sure I'll be jealous of aircon at some point) :D

Still not made up my mind yet, if i get the time to spend on the 211, it will be my first choice as well, so in reallity, it will be the Evora that will be going.

I would choose a working Evora over a broken 211.

Wondering if anyone has been round the track in an Evora?
I've done a few TD's at KH in the Evora. Also Oulton, Croft, and the three on Spaz.

Popped my car trackday cherry in it at KH in the pissing rain. Much to my surprise I was passing most of the other cars on track until it started to dry up - amazing feedback really boosting confidence levels in the wet.

With Ali's driving talent, a 211 makes sense where the sun is expected to shine. Even if he WILL bake in route.

With Stu's time poverty, and hard life led by his 211, the Evora makes sense when you need to depend on something a long way from home.

And with my once in a lifetime opportunity - and Craig M's reassurance - its the Evora or bust for me.

It just wouldn't be Frolic if Stu isn't spending lots of time in the garage. 211 it is.

Is this one booked up? Looking at http://www.sidc.co.uk/product/2015-track-days/ nothings showing, but wondering if that's 'cos they're all booked, or just don't show unless signed in as a member (which I'm not currently).
