Just been looking at the noise limits for Zandvoort:

Noise limit: 88dB at 20meters *

* Standard cars will be fine on noise. Std factory S/C cars should also be fine - stage 2 is ok but stage 3 cars are unlikely to pass. We advice fitting a cat, as this will help a lot and is a legal requirement anyway!

Possibly my newly fitted 2bular wasn't such a good idea. Has anyone for a noise meter I can check it with? Would hate to get out there and not be able to go on track

Neil.... where are you getting that info on noise limits at Zandvort from? Had a quick look on their website but couldn't see the dB @ 20m bit. Not that I'm paranoid about having a noisy shed or anything

Stage 2 is ok... Hmmmm... Don't think mine is louder than a stage 2.

Guess I'll be digging out the noise meter shortly!!

Just found this which hasn't reassured me:

My car also failed at Donny - 101.5 db - that's the std 2bular exhaust, no decat. My car's a 260 Cup if that helps

Cheeky, but yes, i am sure it will be full. I wil drill a 4 hole pcd in the spare vx discs so they will fit all, ball joints,wheel bearings, track rod ends, track control arms, also going to try to squeeze in some spare bisteins as well, as the vx seems to have a hunger for them.
I do need to find a set of yota ones before i go as well.
Tools, jack, etc as usuall.

Also we now have a full place for sale on the trip – with hotels and trackdays as well as a couple of places for just the trackdays – so if you know someone who would like to go please let them know. If you are travelling on your own and are happy to share your room with a mate who wants to book just the track days that’s now an option.

We have to selct Double or Twin rooms now so get deciding quick...think the track only is £450 than plus maybe £175-225 for a room share...so £625-675 for the last ever Frolic.
