I registered for my Paris, Lyon air quality sticker a couple of weeks ago, I received email with a copy of the cert. but as yet no sticker and I'm leaving Aberdeen on Friday.

How long did it take for your sticker to arrive ? Hopefully it will be OK to travel through these towns with just the cert. and no sticker on show.
