Bad luck matey.

Tom and I are more than likely to book this but we will hold off for the moment.

Does look epic though and would be gutted to missed out on another one.

Whether we are there or not FFX is going to be awesome! 8) :thumbsup

Robin

What are the chances of me getting on this one?

Obviously I have not done a frolic before but did the DP tour last year as my only 4 LOT events - will this carry any weight?

Definately keen to get a Frolic in sooner rather than later!

Unfortunately, like everything else, I have to see where I am up to next June, as in tuttowers 2010.

However if I am able to do it I will be there as quick as a ferret up a drainpipe. N3 will certainly be clued up and ready to go.

ps just got this e-mail from Paul. What a bloke.............

"Hi Mate

It’s a long way off but hopefully all will be well next June.. it better be!!!!!

Then we make plans to fly down next year.. dirt cheap flights to everywhere in france.. then jump in with one of the guys as pax or in the support cars.. lots would offer cars on track etc… all the trip with out the scotland – middle france run..

That’s a plan.. if things change no probs…. BUT they had better not;)

All the best!!!

Regards

I also very much understand the "exclusivity / reliability" clauses, although it's a shame because I have been quietly scheming how I might fund this.

However, it was always pretty borderline for me (I would have to match whatever I spent on this, to give Lisa and the kids a trip away of their choosing too...we are getting towards £3k all in all  ) so those clauses help make my mind up - it's a "no" from me. Despite having done Donnie with LoT this year (and thanks be to Robin for that one...), I'm not going into pleading mode with Paul. I get the impression one or two have tried and failed in any case...

I hope you all have a blast and maybes I'll just try to get on a LoT day in the UK next year, take the steady but surely approach for oh, say, 2015?!?!

For the FFX team,

Sat 3/7 - drive to Ring for a couple of laps (and steaks  ) before Sunday fun and (more steaks  )..Mon 5/7..back via the tunnel if Paul can sort the change in booking?

Sound like a plan?

Take care,

Frank
