Re: SIDC 19th March
Just a heads up that I got an email this afternoon saying that WheelsAround won't be attending this event.

Strongly considering a toddle over on the bike for a run if it's dry, to catch up with a few faces...

More the merrier

I don't know driving in another way which isn't risky. Each one has to improve himself. Each driver has its limit. My limit is a little bit further than other's.

Re: SIDC 19th March
Disregard the weather "forecast". Assume it will be cold and wet. Then anything beyond that becomes a bonus
We can see Knockhill from the hill behind our house (between Linlithgow and Bo'ness)...it's generally more reliable to nip up there for a look across than to try to trust the forecasters, who are onto a hiding to nothing with that microclimate!
All adds to the fun. And I haven't been to KH for months, so am looking forward to it even though I won't be on track. Every time I roll through that paddock gate it still reminds me of the first time I did that, to do a Race Car Experience with Alistair in 1997, and then the first couple of times thereafter in 1999 for my first tentative track days in the Elise

I think there a good chance that I'll need new tyres after Saturday. Are there any other options for Saturday afternoon?Ferg wrote:Just a heads up that I got an email this afternoon saying that WheelsAround won't be attending this event.
