Particularly at their girlfriends, no lustful eyeing them up imagining a tasty roast leg.

Sorry - Been hooning around the US, and just got back at the start of the week... :)

I figure we can wait a few more weeks, and maybe make the booking the first week of November?

I'll post a reminder nearer the time, and see if we have any more patrons willing to experience Cheshire's ring of fire...

Quite so - just looked it up - he does sing those two lines, but not next to each other .... it's a burning ring of fire like you say ... never been a Johnny Cash fan :-)

Cheers,
Robin

Two kinds of music that I do not like, Country Western and Rap.

However I did like "Big Bad John" by Jimmy Dean.

Some rap is good - e.g. "Now I gotta wet'cha" by ice cube and "Lose yourself" by Eminem ... but of course loads of it is utter tosh. None of it a patch on Jacqueline Du Pre playing Elgar's cello concerto, Crosby, Stills and Nash singing "Find the cost of freedom", Pink Floyd's disco classic, "Run like hell" or for something tangentially related to SE, Peter Gabriel singing Watcher of the Skies. Time to start a thread ... music that gives you goosebumps :-)

Even Jimmy Saville would give that lot a wide berth!
Looks notwithstanding, the smell of the fake tan would be like slurry
