Thanks woody, had been meaning to send you a PM to remind you I'd paid :)

Kames in the wet was surprisingly good fun last week, echo the comments about the grip levels (even with 888s!). To be honest the roads were more scary than the track that night (don't think Martin has forgiven me for my granny pace in the wet while he had the roof down  ).

Oh, and if anyone needs a helmet I'll bring my spare.

For all the would be record breakers, bogey times for Kames in A8 marque sports cars are
Clockwise 121.21
Anti Clockwise 114.66
Can't find the outright track record for this class but last August it was done in
clockwise 88.75
anti clockwise 82.38

Gives you something to aim for..............enjoy.

I held it for a couple of years from 2005 in my first Sprint event there with 91.2 clockwise, but that was with N1.

I would think that I could get below 88 with N3.

I'm planning to come along to this for a bit of a scouting mission and hopefully I can grab a pax with someone. What is the story with doing this, do I need to be there before 10.00 to register or can I just turn up at any time ?

Also, do they hire out helmets ?

:cheers

You can turn up anytime and sign-on as a passenger. No charge for that. They don't hire helmets but there'll be plenty of spares kicking around, especially as it's only one car on track at a time so I'm sure you can borrow one. You're welcome to come out for a pax with me if you like :thumbsup
