Yup, the modern pricing model...get in early or pay the premium I'm afraid.

I'm still swithering, not sure I can get the dates.

Seems I have free trackday cover on the 370Z...not taking the 211 would at least prevent the guarantee of snow.
It would probably be able to mix it OK...at least for a few laps at a time. Can always play with the other gayers in their Cocksters and S2000's.

Didn't know you had a 370Z, I had a very early 350Z in 2004. Had it on track at knockhill a few times and it was excellent fun. Plenty of tail out action but just lacking in power so the 370 should be better. Handling is great, brakes are a bit wierd with all the stability control etc which on mine you couldn't turn off completely. Crackin' car all round and I'd definately have another. :thumbsup

Hopefully up don't have the RE040's which are just useless anywhere. Even on a dry track there is no progression with them they either grip or don't but mostly don't.

p.s. tempted to come and watch/take Piccys

Outlon is usually good for a laugh it seems even for non-trackers. I went around 2003 to do just this. Not made it since thanks to family commitments etc, and still not able to commit for this year until pretty much last minute I think. But you should go for it :-)

Yeah, I believe the 370 is a bit smaller, lighter, more weildy. Also more power, 3.7 litre V6 good for around 330hp.
It was great fun on the backroads to Newcastle last weekend, proper fast and a bit more comfort than the Exige. The ESP does switch out but I'm not sure how fully. Even when on though it can need half a turn of opposite lock...

Tyres I'm not sure...

Mine is the 7-speed Auto (gayer), can have full manual control though with flappy paddles. Oh, and has LSD.

Noish!! 330bhp is a bit more like it. You could turn off the ESP on mine but it still interfered when braking, seemed to pulse the brakes which was a bit wierd. I still managed to lose it at Clarks mind you and end up waaaay on the grass on the inside, bit of a tank slapper.

Still a very uncommon car and the 370 does look a wee bit different to the 350. 8)

Campbell, yeh been to oulton a few times and love the circuit just not the noise regs!!

Appologies for the thread drift.
