Thanks for organising John and Dom and Lee for the run up in the morning.

First time for me in Reverse and it flowed much better than I thought, chicane is awesome dropping down the hill and Clarkes was fun allowing a little slide as you turn in. I couldn't get to grips wih mcintyres and kept running really wide on the exit unless I lifted off completely.

Hope I didnt hold too many of you up !

Not at all Dom. Being my first time on track even the cooling down lap seemed fast! It was very intersting to see your braking points and lines through the corners. The dirfting was fun too :thumbsup :thumbsup

A big thanks to john steward for organising the event and for the great on track pictures well chuffed…..

Had a great time improving my driving, as always……and catching up with people.

Sorry for not saying goodbye to everyone as I was sulking after I managed to break my front splitter off at the chicane, so decided to go home at that point……there was only about half an hour left anyhow.

Hope to see everyone at the next one…..

leigh :thumbsup

Another brilliant SIDC track day, great weather, good on track etiquette (as always), first class John :thumbsup

Thought I'd caught Tut & Scotty's separate spins at the harpin on my GoPro but the sunlight was too strong in the footage to see the action clearly

My 17 yr old daughter was in the Exige on her 2nd ever lap driving the car with Rory Butcher by her side when Scotty decided to rejoin the track going in the oposite direction, after his hairpin spin....Must have a word about that next time I see him :D :D :D

Only kidding Scotty. Trying too hard with the Atom behind you perhaps :D :D :D

Anyone got any film of the day?

Must polish less and drive more :?

Just a glimpse of a certain Red 211 travelling in the wrong direction at the hair pin at about 12.30 on the link below. Afraid the quality is not the best, think its time for a GoPro

I thought the footage was okay until near the end of the first vid. Almost like the camera was coming loose. Good driving :thumbsup
