My space might be up for grabs as it looks like my engine is full of mayonnaise! Waiting for second opinion to confirm....

I'm definitely out, had my suspicions last weekend that something wasn't right,slight coolant loss, had a drive most nights this week just to keep an eye on it , but last night it emptied the bottle into the sump and spewed grunge everywhere.
No permanent damage, switched off and stopped as soon as the needle rose, but no way I can fix that today.
One place going spare, anybody want it?
