I've been thinking about doing one (or two) for a while. Could be up for March - only recently put new tyres on so would like a bit of wear out of them first

I am hoping to do one before Spring this year. I'm still not sure whether to do a Walshy Day or something up at Knockhill. It is quite a distance to travel and not sure what the total cost would come to. Of the many members that have done a Walshy day what sort of costs should I expect on top of the course fees. i.e car consumables etc. I am planning on using my own car on the airfield.

Lots of petrol to get up and down. Overnight stay in hotel check the previous posts there are cheap ones close by. Beer money not recommended you need to be fresh for all that driving and spinning around. Possibly new tyres or wait until you need new ones all ready.

Other than that just go and have an awesome time, he is brilliant. But beware you will want to go back for more. Loads of people recommend doing two consecutive days and I can see why having just done the one.

Not at all nothing for me to mock at there. I am laughing at the fact that Campbell suggested that I could take your car on a Walshy day, very generous of him I thought 8)
