Anyone going ?
I'll be there shoring up the bottom end of class A4 in my GTM - competition is Westfield Megabusas and a pal of mine Andy Thoirs in his MK Indy R1, so no surprises for the finishing order there.
Overall enry is 72 - fantastic IMHO and includes such other machinery as :-
Some guy called David Duncan in a Lotus ERise...
Mr Hoy of V. fast Caterham fame.
an E30 BMW M3
3 1/2 litre V8 Manta
Stewart Robb in the ex David Grace Pilbeam MP58 DFR - wild...
My old mate Jock in his elderly Dutton Toyota twincam - has to be seen to be believed.
Astons of all flavours including V8s.
A smattering of 911s
Brian Hopkins in his 41/2 litre Bentley.
A wide and varied field.
Get yourself along if you can and bring some good weather - and say hello if you make it.
P.S. Fun day later in the year where you can have a go on the hill for very little money indeed. Speak to me on the day and I'll point out an organiser to you.
