Abbeville/Nurburgring/Zolder

Post by mckeann » Fri Jun 20, 2008 5:39 pm

Anybody got a long weekend spare at the end of July and fancy a triple header.

Lotus on Track have events on friday 25/07/08 at abbeville and mon 28/07/08. The ring is open on the saturday/sunday. I am seriously considering it.

Another option would be to do the abbeville trackday, then spend 2 days doing some of the excellent roads in the region, before ending up at Zolder.

Anybody at a loose end?

Neil

I would love to do this, but as you know, this year is busy for me already and I cannot really commit to doing anything beyond FF ... sorry :-(

I'd dearly love to - was hoping to get to the Ring last week but it didn't happen :( and I've never done Zolder but would dearly love to.

However, baby's due with expected date of Thurs 31 July. I thought about trying the "I'll be back in plenty of time" line, but I don't think it will wash...

I reckon that any Ring trip's looking difficult this year - so I don't want any mention of it on S_E, 'cos every time I see someone mention it I get all depressed
