I don't know driving in another way which isn't risky. Each one has to improve himself. Each driver has its limit. My limit is a little bit further than other's.

Had a great day at Croft. Love the track :thumbsup Amazingly, it stayed dry all day (9:30 to 17:00). There were a number of fast cars including Duratec & K series Sevens, Exiges (std, S and Cups), 300 bhp Atom, Radical, 2-11 etc. The SLR performed faultlessly and I got used to the way it drove as the time went by. Still a fair bit to learn though. The pace feels in a different league from the CR as I was overtaking most Lotis with ease.

This was definitely the most tiresome TD I've ever done. 270 road miles and 265 track miles (110 litres of petrol). I was shattered when I got home :blackeye

The combination of the fast corners, bumpy surfaces, physically more demanding SLR and 265 track miles in 5.5 hours was a bit extreme
