PIA really. To the strict letter of their terms, Javelin have done nothing wrong with either Phil or Paul, but their attitude stinks IMHO. At the very least, a credit for another TD would have been in order.....

Problem is (if EF ever gets the clearance to open again) that Javelin seem to have the track-maintaining motorcycle club nicely sewn up. So it's unlikely that any other TDO would get the chance to run an event there. :(

I know Javelin were working to the letter - but wouldn't it be worth dropping the ATDO a note - especially from Phil. I would have thought to run a TRACK day it would need to be an MSA approved track - anything else would be an AIRFIELD day.


Worth a punt IMHO.
