Have fun.

So many cars Mass that you cannot keep track.

Here's what you all missed:

An action packed evening with Sun, rain and a huge crash

Put my screen back on as the weather seemed ify and ran for 45 minute without incident. Didn't seem to be many cars and without the SE presence the general pace was below what I'm used to. Driving standard was excellent and I honed my overtaking skills - even managed to lap one car - another first for me . Saw the Ultima go out so thought it was time for a breather. As I got out of the car there was an unusually loud bang and everyone rushed to the barrier and there, just at the bridge, was what remained of the Ultima. It took about 45 minutes to clear the mess up. Speaking to the owner later, it seems the rear suspension broke and ejected parts through the engine cover which then failed and took the rear wing with it before hitting the tyres - all at 100 plus.

My second session was after a shower so started on a wet track - geart fun and got some quick runs for the conditions

:cheers

We were standing right at the wall when this happened right in front of us, from the owners post on Ph he recons it was about 130 mph it happened, Got a fright but both driver and passenger climbed out under their own steam with no obvious breakages

Plenty of bits on the track tut, where were you?

Not Carlo's. He has sold his a while ago (but has another for sale).

Seems like a bad accident........

Glad you had fun Dave. Was that the only red flag?

Just at the fastest point - he hit the tyres that protect the bridge

Just the one . . . . . but it was for quite a while. :(
