i do quite a few bike trackdays abroad aswell. You should join
www.sebikers.com and we'll try and sort some trips out. Theres about 25 bikers from SE who use SEbikers to arrange runs and organise trackdays. Its good to try and pool together resources when it comes to hiring vans etc for trackday trips.
As for cars, lotus on track do a 'French Frolic' most summers, and trips to Spa, or the new bilster berg resort. Downside for you, compared to what your used to, is that you need to drive your car there.

The other alternative is
www.bookatrack.com who do a spanish trip in February. This is a good bit more expensive then French Frolic, but the hotels are 5 stars. They can organise (at additional cost) car transportation for you, or you can drive it yourself, but its a long way to the south of spain. They also do hire cars, so you can hire a caterham for the trackdays (thats what i did)
