Trying to arrange a Kames day with the VX boys and we need a few more peeps to make up numbers.
Plan would be 10 cars in a 3 lap sprint format, either direction. Starting at 10am and finishing around 5pm.
Cost would be £40 for EACC members or an additional £10 for those who need membership.
Anyone interested ?
EDIT : Date now changed to 6th April

Maybe DDTB's car will be ready by then?!?!?
...or maybe woody will make an appearance? Either way, I won't have the biggest shed there!

I'm not sure our being there changes the size of your shed?
Martin, put me down please (on the list that is, not like a vet or a Bob would).

Don't think I have tried Kames in the 340. Off to check diaries.

(that's why I think Mike will do fine, that and his lack of imagination).

Can I stick my name down as an ex-VX owner?
Cheers,

Will do Jamie - that's us got 10 / 11 people so i've contacted EACC and asked them to book that day.
I'll be in touch later to get cash for deposit

Did you manage to book the 23rd of March? Reason I ask is that it's appearing as one of the EACC pre-season test days on their website...
http://www.eastayrshirecc.co.uk/calendar#February13
Or did you mean the 23rd of February, which is listed as a private hire day maybe...

Nah it was the 23rd of March but he wasn't quick enough to get it booked.

Looking at alternative dates now.

Well?
P.s. Surprised DDtB hasn't hired the place for your stag, the caravan park next door, I hear, has a fabulous bar.

EACC are being utterly sh*t at getting back to me - the guy i used to deal with (Iain?) is no longer doing the bookings and the other person ive been speaking to me doesn't seem keen to run the day.
I'll chase them again today.

PM me names, I'll get in touch. I do know Gordon who has chaired/been a pillar of the club mostly for the best part of a decade has just left to work oin England, so things may be taking their time to settle down.
