Kames day 5th April - Spaces availible

Post by GBOBM » Wed Mar 26, 2014 4:43 pm

Hello peeps

Some of the Scottish Vx lads have hired Kames for the day. We planned on running it at the usual 10-12 people but currently we only have 8 (including a dodgy silver Elise with a baldy accountant)

Would anyone be interested in coming along? If we get the 10 people then it should work out at £40 a person and run from 10am-4pm. (Less if more people)

Let me know if anyone is interested.

Looking forward to it :thumbsup

It's a great fun wee track, and it's one car at time on the track so a great opportunity for someone to have a go at some track stuff for the first time. It's also fun for the more experienced track day drivers, with some different challenges to it.

Looking forward to this especially after knockhill was cancelled last Saturday. Anyone else fancy it?

Not gonna go on track - could nick Elaine's car, but it needs a clutch, so standing starts at Kames would not be ideal... If the weather isn't horrific, it could be a good excuse for a trundle out on the bike for a chinwag.

Not at all - I would expect you to go quicker, as I set my time on a wet/damp track, and it was much drier later. Besides, you have, what, 90, 100 more BHP than moi? Oh, and my brakes were not the best*

*Racing driver excuses
