I'm about to pull the trigger and book this. Cabins filling up fast for the return ferry so not much time left to decide. Happy to share cabin/room if it helps... Car cost for ferry currently £150.. provisionally booked a room at la source on the 27th for Spa but that's as far as I got. Tiergarten (unsurprisingly) is fully booked for the 28th/29th/30th so open to suggestions for other hotels to try. Last time I was there I stayed in hotel an der nordschlife (I think its called that) which is at the Addenau entrance and was pretty crap...

Only morning slots available currently left for Spa...

Go on DougT, you know you want to! :thumbsup

A couple to try:

Ringhaus - Owned by Frank and very close to the north Loop entrance; all the rooms are named after corners of the circuit and food is good too.
Burgestube - Up the road slightly and was owned by a couple of English guys, decent enough
Hotel Zur Burg - Used to be called faulty towers but I've stayed there and it was fine.
The Dorint - Expensive hotel at the GP track entrance - All night bar too
Hotel Sonnehoff - Llama hotel in Adenau

Wish I could go....... I will go back, oh yes, I will........

I stayed at Zur Burg this May and it was fine, nothing fancy, food was mediocre but we went for drinks after at the Paddock and the food in there looked awesome! :thumbsup

Damn. Missed this after initially replying!
Ring garage is pretty good. I was there a couple of weeks ago. Basic but clean with good wifi
