Re: Bilster Berg
I've now booked the hotels.
Wed 10th - Graflicher Park Grand Resort (this is the Bilsterberg partner hotel and Spa), 169 Euro per double/twin room per night and 5 Euro for parking
http://www.graeflicher-park.de/ booked via email to reservierungen@graeflicher-park.de
Thu 11th - NH Hotel Zanvoort (Right next to the track), £91 per twin room per night
Fri 12th - Amsterdam Tropen Hotel (this is the same hotel some stayed at on Frolics), £133 per twin room per night and 25 Euro parking charge which is less than I could find elsewhere.

Looking forward to it............

Re: Bilster Berg
I had also thought about 2 nights in Zandvoort, beach BBQ and some beer this time. It was good last time, just that we had to 5 hrs after it so only on diet coke.

We did have a toss up with beach party on 2nd night in Zandvoort but I've been meaning to have a night in the Dam since the last time I was there about 8 or 9 years ago. We can always do both. There's a sprinter train from Zandvoort to Amsterdam every 30 mins. And costs 5 Euro, last train after Midnight.
I also stayed in a lovely beach front apartment (sounds much grander than it was) in Zandvoort last time I did a trackday there and it was really nice.
So those booked hotels above:
1. Donald and Pamela
2. Robin & Mike
3. Kenny & Dave

Quite fancy that to, had intended going home via the tunnel. But it was really nice end to the day after last Zandy trip.Stu160 wrote:Sounds good Ali, anyone else up for a BBQ on the beach at Zandvoort?
Re: Bilster Berg
Have just booked the Saturday at Zandvoort with BaT and evening ferry Rotterdam - Hull.
The Hull ferry is approx £100 cheaper than Newcastle and by applying man maths the trackday cost can be justified
