Thanks everyone for coming along and last night.

It was a great laugh despite not having a car for my own trackday , although driving the 675LT made up for that!

One thing I wanted to ask last night was how people felt about the frequency of track-evenings as we look at 2017. I've really enjoyed seeing everyone more often, getting more people into trackdays, and am keen to try and keep SE events going (and selected others) as I realise if I don't do that some of you I only see once or twice a year!

Huge thanks to Shug, who was in such awesome form I managed a bid at my own auction!

Sanj for organising the "who bought what" and taking his gts on track!!

Scott & Tori for helping & prizes.

Andrew smith for his whisky!

Craig Moncrieff Cars , The Wheel Specialist, & Mark the Detailier for their prizes.

Knockhill for their prizes and staff who were first class.

Tut for somehow managing to make it!!

To everyone who donated prizes and bidded.

Ferg for stickers and raising £250 from that alone and the total is rising

Magic fun and Megan for sorting the venue at Sygn.

Shattered and a bit jaded and off on holiday tomorrow - needing a rest!

Great event, top organisation! good to see so many people make it to the party.

I have to say slightly embarrassingly that I had not done a 2 hour session before. It worked well, and meant you properly tried to get track time in. If the price point was right, maybe little and often could be a good thing. :-) We definitely need something to fill the gaps between SIDC days and events like this are good for that.

Lots of support for a Ladies Only Track Night too.

Discussed with some yesterday and maybe even making first 30 mins of a future session ladies-only would hit the (G) spot. Lol

Something to kick around?

I thought I had been smoking something when I was getting blank faces from the table when I said SE had ran a ladies only sessions before!

I've only just had a chance to get back on SE this morning after a somewhat busy weekend (my penance for buggering off overnight on Friday!)

Just to echo Andy's thanks to everyone that helped behind the scenes to make it such a great wee event. Esp the evening bit, folk just jumped in and offered bits and bobs and Sanj & Toria especially during the auction itself keeping it flowing along. Throat was a bit f*cked, right enough, on Saturday!

Yeah - Andy's off on a wee break just now, but we'll be getting the discussions going when he gets back about a wee programme of a few different sorts of thing next year - had a good chat later on Friday night after a few shandies that I can miraculously remember, largely.

TBH, I doubt much will actually come of this...but I made the promise to
help organise, so help organise I will :-) My original expected outcome of
the (mildly drunken) conversation on Sat evening was actually some kind of
road-run - perhaps a route of half the distance at two thirds the pace of
the stuff we all usually do, for example. Which is the kinda stuff I am
used to contributing, and where I hopefully add a bit of value.
I am sure I WILL talk Anne into something ;-)

I'd always happily set it up with Sasha, Tut. Lovely lass. My first ever instructor at any track ever :-)

I'd just like to add my thanks for a fantastic day.
Great fun on the track, particularly just after the rain :thumbsup
And the evening got even better. I think I covered the full spectrum of whiskies, from a litre of Grouse (I really must sort out that blocked drain) to Smee's special bottling - that really looks like something special. I just need the right occasion to justify opening it. When's the next SE whisky night?

Superb afternoon & wonderful evening!
I have a vague memory that I owe some money for getting the car washed and going back to KH to stand in the cold with the family! Let me know how to pay......
